The images displayed in the ER pics folder have been an ongoing process that started in 2003 when I began my residency in emergency medicine. What started as an interesting case file has transformed into a photo journal documenting the vast array of medical and trauma visits seen in the Emergency Department. Currently I am working as a core faculty teaching attending in a level I regional trauma center. For the record, all photos and films posted of people in these files have been consented to.
